How long have you been in business?
2 years in business with 12 years in the customer service field!
What is your primary product or service?
As far as commercial cleaning, we provide exceptional janitorial services for small to medium sized establishments from medical offices, to daycares, all the way up to car dealerships. We also have a branch of our business that focuses strictly on property preservation and foreclosures which deals mainly with banks and real estate companies.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My partner has been in a managing role for real estate/property preservation for almost 10 years. I am a technologist and have serviced various business from an IT standpoint and slowly began gain interests in the commercial cleaning side as it would combine both of our talents.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a new company and decided to take a more technical approach to cleaning through certifications, training, and consultation. Thus we can compete on the same level as franchises yet keep our quality way high as our overhead is low but our processes are beyond standard. In other words, the business owner gets a great rate, a small fledging company, and quality work all in one bundle.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. Our plan is to grow slow and focus on giving our customers the most value we can. Growth will be steady but we'll purposely stay within a certain clientele quantity to keep our quality high..

We are mobile and 100% of our business is at the customers site.
What type of payments do you accept?
We can accept payment online on our website, on a mobile cell phone square, paypal, and checks... Of course cash.
Which areas do you service?
Commercial as in non residential unless we are dealing with apartment cleanouts and or foreclosure.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Company is family owned and operated.
What are your hours of operation?
7am-11pm 7 days per week
