How long have you been in business?
I have been in business since 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
My primary product is residential heating & cooling.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was discharged from the military in 1998, (honorably) I wanted to go into a field were I would always have work no matter were I reside, so I enrolled in technical school, I chose a two year (associate) program so I would be better prepared.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I differentiate myself from other business because I am not just a fast talker with a license, I don't do phone quotes, I actually go out and look at the scope of the work that needs to be performed, and I don't use bait and switch tactics.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently I only have the one location.
Provide detailed directions to your location
I don't have a store front location, I work from home, so there is no need to come to my location. Allot of small businesses use P.O. boxes as an address, I don't do this, I feel its evasive.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, cash, cashier checks or checks from local banks. We also offer financing & financing through Microf for people with problem credit.
Which areas do you service?
I service Gwinnett County, Rockdale, Newton, Dekalb, parts of Fulton, parts of Clayton, part of Cobb.

The best compliment someone ever gave me was a $50 tip.
