How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My mother was a real estate agent for many years and I was formerly a paralegal. Growing tired of a tiny windowless office and piles of paper, my mom talked me into pursuing a career in real estate. Still have mounds of paper but a little more freedom in my day.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
There are many agents in the Atlanta market who are licensed and only practice real estate "part time", having another full time job. I have always been a full time agent, I pride myself on staying current on changes in real estate law and contracts. I try to provide each client with an experience that exceeds their expectations. First and foremost, communication is key. It is the #1 complaint from consumers when asked about a past real estate experience.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work in Gwinnett and Walton counties primarily but I have sold and listed in many other areas of metro Atlanta.
