Personal Chef Services, specializing in individuals with food allergies. Small Event catering to 100 individuals.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Owned an IT recruiting firm for many years until after 9/11. Tech bubble burst and I closed the company to pursue my first passion for the culinary arts. Opened a personal chef and small event catering company and have been in operation for over 5 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We specialize in Food Allergies such as Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Yeast Free diets.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 location now, and we are expanding within the next three months to a small restaurant facility with larger kitchens.
