How long have you been in business?
I have been in sole proprietorship since 1997. I Have over 33 years in the industry and I am a 3d generation locksmith.
What is your primary product or service?
Locksmith services. Most people imagine that I service locks on homes, shops and cars like other locksmiths, this is true. But I also service boats, houseboats too and door locks &ignition switches on aircraft. Along with that I offer eviction services, child/baby proofing services and some forensic locksmith services, which is examining locks and entry points that have been compromised and giving an opinion on how it was bypassed. This of course is HOW, not WHO.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My grandfather and my father were both locksmiths, it is in my blood I suppose.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I do a lot of free things. I also give phone advice if you happen to want to do your own installations or need help in choosing hardware for instance. I will not tell you how to bypass a lock ever, as that would be unethical and possibly criminal. I keep my prices low on purpose, there have been too many stories of people being ripped off by the fake scam artists out there, I want people to have a positive experience, these folks are my neighbors.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just the one. I only service a small area in Gwinnett, I try to keep it personal and relational.

Right on Collins Hill Road between Russell Rd and Camp Perrin Rd.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash of course, but also checks and I will invoice charges as well.
Which areas do you service?
Lawrenceville, Suwanee and Dacula mostly. But generally the NE section of the Atlanta Metro.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
That would be me.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Saturday 8:00 AM until 11:30 PM and Sunday from 2:00 PM until 11:30 PM I can still be reached at odd hours if there is an emergency.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
A simple thank you, that's really the best I can think of.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
John 1.12-14, it's a good one.
