We have been in business for over 30 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Customized gifts and gift baskets. Promotional products and marketing gifts We also do small gifts in any price range. Not just baskets!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have a degree in Interior Design. I quit my job 30 years ago when I had my first child and I started my company out of my home.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service. We go the extra mile to take care of our customers wants and needs. We work within budgets, deliver what was ordered on time and follow up!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We no longer have a retail store. We sell over the phone and online. We do have several places we can leave things for customers to pick up. We also will bring samples to show to your office for corporate accounts.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Call to arrange for pick up in Lilburn. Pick up orders must be placed at least one day in advance.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards. Cash and Check prior to pick up. We also offer billing to our corporate accounts. Credit application takes about 1 week to process.
Which areas do you service?
We deliver to the Metro-Atlanta area and ship anywhere UPS!
